The integrated approach of our 24-hour Control Room supports our industry leading emergency alarm response times, as our highly trained SIA Licensed Security Officers are deployed directly from our Control Room to sites across the UK.
What is alarm response?
A security alarm response is a service where our SIA Licenced security officers respond directly to alarm activations at your business premises, and they will conduct an internal and external site inspection to identify the cause of the alarm and if there are any visible signs of intrusion or damage, they will escalate the incident further following agreed site security assignment instructions.
