Your keys, fobs and / or access codes are retained securely for use in the event of a reported incident. When required to attend a key holding or alarm response incident on your behalf our Patrol&Response officers carry smart phones allowing for rapid reporting.

Our SIA Approved vehicles are fitted with GPRS tracking systems and are continually monitored at our national monitoring centre, from where direct dispatch requests and vehicle location monitoring takes place around the clock. All our Patrol & Response officers are screened and vetted to BS7858.

Open/Lock Services

This service sees us take on the liabilities associated with opening or locking up premises and protecting potentially vulnerable staff. An escorted open/lock up service is also available to make sure that staff and assets are safe and sound.
