Security Control Room Operative – Middlesbrough
Job description
As part of our ongoing expansion, Vistech Services are looking to recruit Control Room Operatives.
Pay rate £13.00 per hour
The position will be ideally suited to candidates with the organisational ability to be able to schedule shifts and direct the Mobile Patrol Officer to required locations. Excellent communication & organisation skills are essential to the role. Good practical, analytical skills combined with a common-sense approach is essential. The role is in a Security Control Room, Full training is given to the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
· Main point of contact for the company outside of normal working hours (Evenings and Weekends)
· Responsible for directing movements of the Mobile Supervisory team
· Ensuring key information is handed over to the day team
The ideal candidates will possess
• A clean DBS certificate
• Excellent IT and administrative skills
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Supervisory/Team Leading experience is preferable
• A full UK Driving Licence
• SIA Licence
The successful candidates will be supported by the Vistech Duty Manager when required.
Full training will be given
Employment Details
• Average of 37 hours a week on rotation pattern
• Shifts are mainly night shifts
• Must be flexible and able to cover holidays and shortfalls where required in conjunction with the working time directive. It is a self contained role.
