Administrator, Middlesbrough
£26,500.00 per annum
Vistech Services is looking for a motivated Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis to join our growing company. Vistech is a stable, well ran company and has been trading profitability and successfully for over 14 years. We currently have a workforce of over 150 and a number of blue-chip companies within our client portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background where you have demonstrable administrative responsibility. You will have excellent problem solving and customer relation skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Work on the production of site instructions and risk assessment
· Presentation of data at operations meetings and as requested
· Daily monitoring of data and systems
· Keep abreast of industry specific guidelines and to make relevant changes.
· Maintain asset registers.
· Customer liaison via telephone as requested.
· Investigation and disciplinary process admin as required.
· Assist with admin and of company accreditation and preparation for company audits.
· Any other reasonable management request.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills including the ability to work to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads where necessary
Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team
Good computer and IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages – e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
Hold UK driving licence
