Security Officer Job Middlesbrough Teesport

Vistech Services are seeking a permanent Security Officer to work on a busy power plant at Teesport, Middlesbrough.

DAYS AND NIGHTS!!! Working a 4 on 4 off rota pattern.

Pay rate £11.00 per hour.

Contracted to 42 hours per week. Overtime available.

Key responsibilities

· General security duties.

· Be vigilant, always, to ensure security and protection of the Customer’s site.

· Manning of the gatehouse.

· Patrolling of site.

· Deal with any incidents in a timely and professional manner.

· Report any incidents that occur clearly and in a timely manner.

What we need from you
• Able to perform foot patrols.
• Smart and well presented individual.
• Conscentious and alert.
• Cheerful with a can do attitude.
• Confident when dealing with people and outgoing.
• Confident in dealing with incidents, in a calm manner, following procedures in place.
• Fluent in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow assignment instructions to ensure protection of site.

Person Specification
• · Must have an SIA Licence.
• · Driver with their own vehicle or ability to get to site location for an early start.
• · Able to start mid September.
