Vistech Services are seeking a permanent Security Officer to work on a Council Depot in Peterlee.
DAYS ONLY!!! 08:00 to 20:00 on a 4-on 4-off rota pattern, with overtime required for sickness and holiday leave.
Pay rate £11.55 per hour.
Contracted to an average of 42 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
~ Be able to commit to the rota pattern.
~ Be vigilant, always, to ensure security and protection of the Customer’s site.
~ Manning of the gatehouse.
~ Patrolling of the site
~ CCTV Monitoring
~ Protection of Council property
~ Checking documents and liaising with council staff.
~ Deal with any incidents in a timely and professional manner.
~ Report any incidents that occur clearly and in a timely manner.

Confident when dealing with people and outgoing.
Confident in dealing with incidents, in a calm manner, following procedures in place.
Fluent in English.

Person Specification
Must have an SIA Licence.
Driver with their own vehicle or ability to get to site location for an early start.
Must have Emergency First Aid At Work and Defib qualification OR be willing to undertake the course in house.
