Security Officer – Leeming Bar

Vistech Services is a leading provider of professional security services, dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Vistech Services is looking to expand it’s operations and bring in new security officers in Leeming Bar for a temporary role. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate looking for employment in the security sector.

Vistech Services has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for a Seasonal Security Officer. Working at Leeming Bar train station as event security.

Please note this is a fixed term contract starting in November 2026 until December 2026

Responsibilites and duties

– Asset guarding
– Following assignment instructions
– Act as a visual deterrent
– Patrolling of the site
– Respond to any incursions
– Locking of gates and buildings.

Qualitifications and skills:

– SIA Licence
– Excellent grasp of the English Language
– A warm and welcoming demeanour
– Right to work in the UK
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be able to cover other shifts when required including nights and weekends
– You MUST be willing to work nights and weekends.
– MUST be friendly and approachable to work in a family event environment
– Confident in handling confrontations
– Driver with own car
– Previous Security Experience (desirable)
– First Aid Certification (preferred)

Employment information:

– 40 hours per week average
– 16:00-00:00 and 00:00-09:00
– 4 on 4 off
– Overtime
– £12.81 per hour
